1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Let It Post ("Service"), operated by Let It Post ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Let It Post is a SaaS platform that enables users to upload, assemble, and automatically publish video content to social media platforms. The Service includes video processing, scheduling, AI-generated captions, and multi-platform publishing features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, OnlySocial). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

By connecting a social media account, you authorize Let It Post to publish video content to that platform on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content published through the Service complies with the applicable platform's community guidelines and terms of service.

7. Automated Posting & Scheduling

The Service provides automated video creation and scheduled posting to connected social media accounts. By enabling scheduled posting, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Videos will be automatically published to your connected accounts according to your configured schedule
  • You have reviewed and approved the content settings (video fragments, text overlays, music, effects) used to generate videos
  • You are responsible for monitoring your published content and disabling scheduling if needed
  • Each platform may impose its own rate limits, content policies, and restrictions that may affect posting
  • We do not guarantee successful delivery of posts — platform API changes, rate limits, or account restrictions may prevent publishing

8. Content Ownership & Licensing

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any video clips, audio files, images, and text that you upload to the Service. You are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property claims arising from content published through the Service.

We do not add promotional watermarks, logos, or branding to your content. Any watermarks or text overlays applied to videos are configured by you.

9. Payment and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let It Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
